We are expanding rapidly and looking for a skilled and strategic IT Manager to lead our growing technology operations.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and maintain all aspects of our companys IT infrastructure. This role involves managing a small team of IT professionals ensuring smooth and secure operations across all systems implementing new technologies and providing support for both internal and client-facing tech operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is technically skilled highly organized and capable of aligning IT strategies with business goals.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the IT department including system administrators support staff and network engineers.

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with Florvets Structures objectives.

Maintain secure and upgrade IT systems infrastructure and software applications.

Manage cloud services servers backups and disaster recovery protocols.

Oversee cybersecurity efforts to protect systems and data integrity.

Coordinate with other departments to support IT needs and technical solutions.

Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.

Set up and manage access controls software licenses and hardware inventory.

Monitor IT performance and generate regular reports for leadership.

Provide hands-on support and training to employees as needed.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

5 years of experience in IT operations with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of systems administration cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.

Experience with project management tools and processes.

Proven ability to manage IT budgets and resources effectively.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

Certifications such as CompTIA Network Security Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or PMP.

Experience in managing IT operations in a remote or hybrid environment.
