MI & Data Manager
Location: London Bristol Norwich York Sheffiled (50% hybrid working)
Hours: full time (flexible options available)
Salary: circa 45000 (national) circa 55000 (London)

A bit about the job:
This role sits within our Outsourcing Team and plays a key part in ensuring our outsource partners deliver against their service level agreements. Youll be responsible for analysing and auditing supplier MI producing insightful reports and inputs for various governance forums. Your work will directly support the effective management of supplier performance and help ensure great outcomes for Avivas customers.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Strong experience in MI analysis reporting and performance trend identification
- Proven ability to audit validate and challenge supplier data and reporting
- Proficiency in designing and improving dashboards and MI tools including any AI experience or desire to learn how AI could evolve the role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail paramount
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
