Job Description
Permanent Full time 40 hours a week. Role is within the voids team.
Were looking for Multi Trade Operativewho wantsto make a difference and help deliver our purpose for warm safe and affordable homes for our tenants.
We recognise that no candidate will meet every desired requirement so if your experience looks a little different and you think you can bring your great skills and can-do-attitude to the role wed love to hear from you.
Youll become a valued member of the repairsteam providing a first-class property service delivery to our tenants.
What youll have
- A proven track record of working in Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry
- A relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance and repairs
- A proven ability to diagnose/problem solve undertake and complete work to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- A thorough understanding and commitment to health and safety
- A strong work ethic knows what good looks like and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision
- Is a people person with excellent customer service skills
- A valid UK driving licence
