Job Description
Your mission
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop implement and manage the companys overall compliance framework.
- Draft review and update company policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits and proactively assess processes practices and documentation to identify potential compliance risks or weaknesses.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely updates to company policies.
- Analyze internal business systems to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure company-wide adherence to internal standards and business goals.
- Act as the main point of contact for all compliance-related matters internally and externally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure business operations comply with internal policies.
- Handle queries and concerns related to legal and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors and consultants.
- Maintain detailed records of compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit compliance and regulatory reports.
- Design and implement internal control systems to manage violations or misconduct.
- Identify investigate and report on compliance incidents irregularities and breaches.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of legal compliance programs and enterprise risk management strategies.
Your profile
- Successfully completed higher education or training in business administration law or a related field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable compliance role ideally within a private equity or hedge fund-owned company.
- Strong hands-on mentality with a high degree of integrity discretion and accuracy.
- Self-driven well-organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English. German and Spanish would be a benefit.
