- Installing configuring and upgrading computer hardware and software
- Responding to support queries from the help desk ticketing system phone and email
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
- Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Installing and troubleshooting CCTV
- Responsible for PCs Printers and related equipment (monitor keyboard mouse hard drive etc.)
- Managing employees emails/accounts
- Adding and updating the inventory of all equipment software and license users
- Creating and updating IT data documentation if needed
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
0-1 years of experience in a help desk environment
A and N certifications preferred
Highly organized to handle help desk tickets effectively
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
Cybersecurity and Networking knowledge.
Full Time
