ABOUT WILLIAMS LAKE FIRST NATION (WLFN)
The Williams Lake First Nation (WLFN) or the Texelcemc (people of WLFN) have belonged to the Secwepemc (or Shuswap) Nation for over 6500 years. Today the WLFN community includes a growing population of over 800 registered members who live on reserve in Sugar Cane in nearby Williams Lake BC and across the globe.

POSITION
Reporting to the Manager of Housing Services the Housing Coordinator acts as the key point of contact for all Williams Lake First Nation (WLFN) rentals elder homes and maintenance program. As a key member of the WLFN housing department team you will be responsible for building long term relationships with current and prospective residents in the community of Sugar Cane on IR1. Under the general oversight of the Manager of Housing Services the Housing Coordinator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions pertaining to the rental and elder home units. The Housing Coordinator brings vibrant energy to the Housing department by delivering excellent customer service and an enhanced resident experience. As the Housing Coordinator you have the opportunity to problem-solve empower and deliver relevant solutions to WLFN residents.
Employment Type
Full time 35 hours per week.
Probation Period
3 months from the date of hire.
Education Required
Bachelors or Certificate in Business Administration or related.
Experience Required
Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative clerical or coordination experience.
. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Overtime Status
Non-exempt.
