About the Role
In this role you will report to and be guided by the Clinical Manager Sterilising Services and the Sterilising Services Supervisors.
You will be trained to complete the cleaning inspection wrapping and sterilisation of reusable medical devices (RMDs).
To ensure consistency and a continuous workflow between Sterilising Services Theatres Wards and Medical Suites you must have a demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team while maintaining the high operational standards of the department.
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring proven experience in Sterilisation Services within a hospital setting. You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Certificate III in Sterilisation
- Previous experience in Flexible Endoscope and Ultrasound Probe processing desirable but not essential
- Ability to work rotating am/pm roster and night duty
Remuneration:
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $30.24 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances.
