This role will be a hybrid role at our Franklin TN headquarters.
Heres just some of what you will be doing daily
- Serve as a liaison between K-LOVE Legal and K-LOVE Procurement to ensure new contract requests requiring vendor setup and purchase orders are promptly flagged and assigned.
- Support procurement needs and vendor coordination for special events hosted on the Franklin Campus.
- Coordinate with Facilities to uphold guidelines for furniture-related purchases rentals repairs and replacements.
- Monitor utility accounts to help prevent overpayments unnecessary auto-renewals service disconnections and outdated contact information.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure regular updates and effective communication.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency reduce costs and enhance accuracy within the procurement lifecycle.
- Partner with department representatives to identify purchasing needs and provide training and coaching on procurement processes and systems.
- Maintain current knowledge of procurement practices and tools by participating in professional development and training.
- Cross-train with Buyers and serve as a backup when needed.
- Lead assigned procurement projects from planning to completion.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelors Degree from college or technical school in business or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional office management or project management experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and Internet Navigation).
- Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated successful project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to demonstrate a calm presence in high pressure situations.
- A collaborative and flexible style with strong service mentality. Need to be seen as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/Ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to the social sector with a passion for our mission and values.
