Leidos Defense Systems / Manufacturing is seeking a Production Floor Custodial Leadto join our Hypersonics Integration team at our MidCity location in Huntsville AL.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage weekly schedule.
Interview and train any adds to staff.
Keep track of inventory.
Maintain quality standards.
Janitorial experience required.
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
Basic computer proficiency.
Cleans production floor bathrooms Control rooms Labs multipurpose rooms office space and stairs.
Collects trash and recyclable materials transport and dispose in proper containers.
Operates cleans and cares for power cleaning equipment and other cleaning materials and supplies.
Performs other related duties as assigned within the same classification or lower.
Basic Qualifications
HS diploma/GED with at least one year of relevant janitorial experience.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to operate custodial equipment.
Good time management skills.
Detail oriented.
Good people skills.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively work and communicate with diverse groups within the production team.
Experience with floor cleaning equipment.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $39650.00 - $71675.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
