The Hourly Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities within the assigned shift or department. The role includes managing a team of hourly employees ensuring efficient workflow maintaining high standards of quality and safety and meeting operational goals. The supervisor will monitor productivity troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
