EDUCATION
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
RN- Registered Nurse of California - California Department of Consumer Affairsor
RN-IP- Registered Nurse of California Interim Permit - California Department of Consumer Affairs
BLS- Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart AssociationorAmerican Red Cross
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of six (6) months area specific acute care experience within the last two (2) yearsPreferred
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must have demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills and effective English written and communication skills.
Independently practices and prioritizes multiple demands in an ever-changing environment.
Good interpersonal communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills are required.

Pay Range is $28.73 to $35.04 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
