Unleash your inner event guru! Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs Claremore is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our vibrant team as an Event Stylist. In this dynamic Banquet Set-Up role youll be the magic behind transforming ordinary spaces into breathtaking event venues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to bring event floor plans to lifearranging furniturelinensand decorative elements that create a stunning atmosphere.
- Meticulously unpack and set up tablewareglasswareand flatwareensuring every detail is impeccable.
- Partner with your colleagues to efficiently set up and break down event spacesmaintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout.
- Adapt to the fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively to ensure timely transitions.
- Uphold our commitment to pristine working conditionscontributing to a safe and sanitary environment for everyone.
- Be open to learning new skills and taking on additional tasks to support our vibrant team.
Qualifications
- Were looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience in a similar blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke noise and bright lights.
- This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handlers Card from the Cherokee Nation as well as having passed all Alcohol Awareness training provided by CNE.
