Job Description
Stora Enso Logistics Operations is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Global Ocean Container team. The Global Ocean Container team was established in 2013 and is today handling 220000 TEUs or 30000 bookings per year for our Board Pulp and Paper mills. The task of this team is to administrate bookings documentation and enquiries related to Global Ocean Container transports.
Note that this is a full-time employment on a permanent contract with an immediate starting date .
Main responsibilities
- Create and administrate booking request to shipping lines based on customer sales orders
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of connected transport documents
- Continuously keep internal and external stakeholders up to date with relevant market and shipping information
- Actively work on improving efficiency and quality of operational processes
To succeed in this role we see that you have/are
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics/shipping or equivalent education
- Previous experience at a shipping company is a bonus
- A service minded mentality and a desire to be part of an engaged team
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
- Enjoy working in an international and continuously changing environment
- Problem solver with a holistic approach
- Fluency in English is required
