Job Description

ABOUT THE CLIENT: We are a US Based Fantasy Sports Operator. Were hiring a Sales Representative for an online fantasy sports and gaming space. Were looking for a results-driven and persuasive sales professional to help promote tailored offers and grow an engaged user base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound outreach enjoys hitting revenue targets and knows how to turn interest into conversions. If youre sales-savvy digitally fluent and energized by performance-based success wed love to hear from you.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell tailored offers through outbound calls emails and digital touchpoints
- Drive revenue by converting new leads and re-engaging lapsed users with compelling offers
- Identify high-value users and customize sales strategies to boost conversion and retention
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team KPIs (conversion rate revenue upsells)
- Maintain accurate records of outreach sales activities and outcomes using CRM tools
- Provide user insights and market feedback to support sales strategy improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success in end to end sales outbound sales preferably in digital products or subscription-based models
- Excellent negotiation persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Self-motivated and confident working independently in a fast-paced remote setup
- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot Salesforce or similar platforms- Bonus: Familiarity or passion for fantasy sports / online gaming.
