Job Description
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Salary: $500 - $700 per month plus a competitive sales incentive plan
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday morning)
Environment: A mix of office for planning and reporting and fieldwork to support the sales team.
Our client a reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking a Sales Supervisors to lead their team of medical representatives to achieve sales targets build strong relationships with healthcare professionals report to management and ensure the companys products are effectively promoted in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of four medical representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular coaching and on-the-job training to enhance the teams product knowledge and sales skills.
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear achievable goals for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs providing regular reports to upper management.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian pharmaceutical market and healthcare landscape.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
