Job description
We are seeking a talented 2D/3D Animator specializing in character illustration and animation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling a keen interest in Japanese culture and anime and the ability to breathe life into characters through motion and expression.
As our 2D/3D Animator you will not only be responsible for giving life to the illustrations but also work with cross-functional teams to identify trends best practices and opportunities to create scale and test new will work on creating new characters rigging and getting them into engaging videos adding visual effects and utilizing every tool in your toolbox to provide the best viewer experience.
We will of course provide you with all of the necessary guidance and training getting you up to speed with how we work and what we deliver.
Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D and 3D character illustrations and animations for various projects.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop character concepts and designs.
Bring characters to life through expressive animation and movement.
Ensure animations are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Create videos using the animations mentioned above to engage the audience on platforms like YouTube
Job requirements
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing character illustration and animation skills with a focus on anime-style characters.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Video Editing Experience
Proficient in Adobe Suite (mainly After Effects Photoshop & Premiere)
Familiarity with YouTube and VTuber culture.
An interest in Japanese culture and anime.
Preferred qualifications
Bachelors degree in Animation Illustration or a related field.
Experience with rigging and character design.
Japanese language (for Europe)
English language (for Japan)
