Rsum du poste:
Votre objectif principal est dassurer la gestion et la fidlisation dun portefeuille de clients essentiellement compos collectivits de toute strate (villes EPCI et syndicats).
Responsabilit cls:
Aprs une priode de formation nos outils et notre mtier vous avez pour missions :
Accompagner nos clients au quotidien sur lutilisation de notre solution Saas de gestion de la prospective financire et de gestion de la dette
Accompagner nos clients collectivit dans la ralisation de leur prospective financire et leur gestion de la dette.
Raliser des rapports danalyse rtrospective et prospective ainsi que des audits/analyses de la dette
Prsenter les analyses financires et les audits de dette aux responsables financiers lus ou directions gnrales lors de rendez-vous annuels ou en commission des finances
Proposer des solutions pour optimiser le stock de dette existant (ramnagement swap arbitrages remboursement pour scuriser et diversifier la dette du client)
Identifier et faire remonter les besoins fonctionnels exprims par les clients ou prospects auprs des quipes produit
Identifier les besoins additionnels des clients sur les autres services proposs par Finance Active (formation assistances ...)
Participer aux rendez-vous davant-vente avec les quipes commerciales
Assurer des sessions de formation auprs de nos clients sur lutilisation de nos solutions ainsi que les formations mtiers comprises dans notre catalogue
Faire de la veille sur lactualit des finances locales et rdiger des fiches pratiques destination des clients (fiscalit volutions rglementaires dotations loi de finances etc.)
Porter des projets transversaux (organisation dvnements clients projets de dveloppements technologiques ponctuels ou rcurrents )
Comptences cls:
Vous matrisez parfaitement lactualit conomique et financire ainsi que les problmatiques du secteur public (pilotage financier des collectivits dans un contexte de baisse des dotations identification des leviers dactions ).
Dot(e) de solides comptences rdactionnelles et dun esprit dinitiative vous souhaitez voluer dans un mtier de conseil forte valeur ajoute vous permettant daffiner votre expertise en analyse financire et de dvelopper ou consolider vos comptences en gestion de la dette.
Titulaire dun Master 2 en finance en secteur public ou dans un domaine connexe vous tes bas(e) Paris ou Lyon et travaillez en prsentiel avec des dplacements rguliers principalement en France.
