Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator you must effectively and efficiently plan organize direct and control the overall administrative and technical requirements of the IC Chem/Bio characterization and biosecurity efforts. This support will include but is not limited to:
- Establishing and implementing a program management approach to accomplish requirements within the IC Chem/Bio characterization and biosecurity efforts.
- Managing and coordinating resources across the IC Chem/Bio characterization and biosecurity efforts.
- Attending NCBC IC and Interagency meetings
- Maintaining the requisite clearance and accesses to meet mission requirements
Qualifications
- Requires an active TS SCI with Polygraph
- Requires a minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Requires ten or more years of Program Management experience within the Federal Government
- Demonstrated experience managing programs with similar size and scope
- Demonstrated experience managing programs with competing priorities
- Knowledge of the ICs structure and IC member organizations (e.g. NGA NSA DIA and CIA) roles
- Requires a certification in Program/Project Management from a nationally recognized organization (federal state or private)
