The Assistant Manager helps pave the way by exemplifying leadership!
REQUIRED: 1-3 years of leadership experience working in a spa
More specifically our fabulous Assistant Manager:
- Serves as Management and helps General Manager.
- Weekends are required
- Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks though the door
- Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome introduction to our locker room and amenities and helping them to have a seamless experience
- Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
- Is the brand ambassador overlooking the team. Helping with Scheduling inventory and management duties.
- Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guests favorite drink the warm inviting neck wrap personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
- Maintain a high level of positive and professional approach with employees coworkers and guests.
- Set performance goals with General Manager that align with Woodhouse Spa.
- Act as the first point of contact for all service providers.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest service recovery for the spa when guest experience manager is off.
- Review appointment book events scheduled and communicate with the guest experience manager.
- Drive team morale be present and visible to guests and team members at all times.
- Assign train mentor and direct staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain great communication between all employees staff and guests.
- Assist manage all aspects of the booking/appointment system and solve issues that arise.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on their experiences and improve service delivery.
- Acknowledge special occasions birthdays and provide correct amenities when applicable.
- Maximize spa revenue and bookings by analyzing daily reports and maintaining documentation with general manager.

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
