Job Description
The LPN Clinic Lead is responsible for supporting clinic operations by providing direct patient care and serving as a liaison between clinical support staff and clinic leadership. This individual leads daily clinical workflows ensures adherence to quality and safety protocols supports provider efficiency and mentors fellow clinical staff.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Preferred X Required
Two years of college x Preferred Required
Required Skills:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with data entry and medical terminology
- 1-2 years prior clinic experience preferred
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Required License/Certifications:
o NC LPN license
o BLS certification required or obtained during first week of hire
