Postdoctoral Programme OFFICER EIPOD

Training the next generation of scientists is a core mission of the EMBL. EICATs Internal Scientific Training team coordinates EMBLs Predoctoral and Postdoctoral programmes which host around 500 fellows at any given time. Both programmes leverage EMBLs interdisciplinary and dynamic scientific environment and together with the EMBL Fellows Career Service and the Complementary Scientific Skills programme provide world-class training and career development for our fellows.
We are seeking a Programme Officer to support the implementation of the EC-funded EIPOD-LinC programme (grant currently in grant agreement preparation phase) which aims to recruit and train up to 57 postdoctoral researchers. EIPOD-LinC offers early-career scientists the opportunity to develop interdisciplinary research projects aligned with the overarching theme of exploring life in context. Fellows also follow a structured evidence-based training programme designed to build research and leadership skills applicable across sectors.
You will be part of the Fellowship Programmes team which manages the Ph.D. and Postdoctoral Programmes. In this role you will run the day-to-day operations of EIPOD-LinC contribute to programme development and deliver recruitment training and outreach activities in close coordination with the EIPOD-LinC Programme leadership.
