Description du poste
Grer et prioriser le backlog dune escouade multidisciplinaire compose dun UX dun UI dun rdacteur UX dun traducteur de dveloppeurs front-end et back-end ainsi que dun intgrateur;
Rdiger des histoires et des critres dacceptation clairs en collaboration avec lquipe;
Accompagner les clients internes dans la dfinition et la clarification de leurs besoins en lien avec le produit du site Web;
Faciliter le travail de lquipe afin de comprendre ses besoins et dassurer la cohrence avec la vision stratgique du produit.
Qualifications requises
Exprience comme PO dans un contexte agile;
Exprience avec les outils de collaboration comme JIRA;
Comprhension des spcificits de la conception et de lexprience utilisateur;
Une exprience dans le secteur des assurances est un atout;
Facilit rassembler bienveillance joueur dquipe facilitateur.
