Whats the role
Youll be the architect of change steering records management into a new era of innovation and compliance. This isnt just about keeping things in order its about driving strategy championing governance and influencing how we manage information at every level. As the go-to expert in records management youll collaborate with teams across the division to ensure our practices are forward-thinking efficient and aligned with our vision. This 12-month max term contract role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with the flexibility to shape how you work best.
What do I need
Bring your passion for organisation strategy and leadership and youll thrive in this role. Heres what will set you up for success:
- A knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving especially in complex environments.
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and delivering clear impactful communication.
- Practical knowledge of records management tools compliance frameworks and data lifecycle processes.
- A drive to streamline workflows and lead change initiatives.
- Ethical decision-making skills to align practices with organisational risk and governance standards.
