The role
We are currently looking for a results-driven Process Engineer with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving continuous improvement. This role is critical in enhancing documenting and auditing end-to-end processes within our service operations with a strong focus on Safety Quality Efficiency and Cost-effectiveness. The role shall support local implementation of global parts and services focus areas and measurements.
Areas of responsibility
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business and regulatory standards.
Monitor and optimize process equipment performance.
Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including flow diagrams and training materials.
Conduct risk assessments simulations and safety evaluations.
Lead innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Enhance document and audit end-to-end service processes.
Your profile
5 years of leadership experience in process engineering service operations or manufacturing
Strong knowledge of workshops component repairs and machine rebuilds
Experience with LEAN methodologies Six Sigma or process optimization
Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic results-driven environment
