About the Role
Were seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Administrator to lead and support enterprise-level network infrastructure for a high-demand e-commerce environment. This role requires deep technical expertise strong leadership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced mission-critical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents
- Lead resolution of network issues and ensure business continuity
- Implement and manage network changes following ITIL and change management protocols
- Install upgrade and maintain network components
- Audit network devices to ensure compliance with policies and standards
- Document processes and maintain detailed technical records
- Participate in shift rotations including weekends and on-call support
Required Technical Expertise
- F5 LTM Load Balancers- configuration installation and upgrades
- Checkpoint & Juniper Firewalls- administration and troubleshooting
- Cisco Routers & Switches- IOS and Nexus OS
- Advanced troubleshooting of network traffic flows
- Strong knowledge of OSPF EIGRP HSRP VLAN TCP/IP
- Scripting in Perl Python or Bash
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with remote matrixed teams
- Experience with documentation user guides and process development
- Professional responsible and self-motivated
