Are you passionate about building organisational capability and driving positive workplace culture Were looking for a dedicated Principal Consultant Organisational Development (OD) to lead initiatives that strengthen individual team and leadership performance across the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN). This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting strategic growth and operational excellence.
About the Role:
The Principal Consultant Organisational Development (OD) is responsible for the design implementation and evaluation of OD initiatives and interventions that enhance employee team leadership and organisational performance. Aligned with RMCLHNs operational needs and strategic objectives the role focuses on delivering targeted solutions that build capacity and drive meaningful outcomes.
Working closely with the Director People & Culture the Principal Consultant OD provides expert support to Executives and Senior Managers. Through this collaboration the role contributes directly to the achievement of RMCLHNs strategic goals and the ongoing development of a high performing engaged workforce.
