Job Description
The Ohio Valley ESC is seeking a skilled and student-centered Curriculum Consultant to join our dedicated team supporting multiple districts. This full-time role focuses on strengthening teaching and learning across all grade levels with an emphasis on building educator capacity through collaborative professional learning and curriculum leadership. At the Ohio Valley ESC we believe in relationships responsiveness and results. Were looking for someone ready to collaborate lead and #serve alongside Responsibilities Support district educators and leadership teams in implementing effective instructional practices across content areas. Collaborate with professional learning communities (PLCs) to improve student outcomes. Provide literacy-focused coaching and consultation (preferred but not required). Design and deliver high-impact professional development aligned to district goals and state standards. Assist districts with curriculum alignment resource selection and data-informed Valid Ohio teaching license (required). Masters Degree or Higher (preferred). Strong background in curriculum instruction and assessment. Prior coaching consulting or leadership experience (preferred). Literacy background strongly Start Date: August 1st 2025 Location: Serving multiple school districts across the Ohio Valley ESC region Salary: Competitive; based on experience; includes benefits Travel: Required between districts; mileage reimbursed
