A successful candidate will employ a solid range of evidence-based intervention skills facility with technology and creativity to create tailored special education programs for students with educational disabilities. Thisis a one-year position that runsOctober 2025to June 2026. Open until filled.
This position is governed by theHEA Union Agreement.
Salary range for this position is $54456 to $111981depending on education and experience (salary will be prorated for a partial year).

General Purpose:
The Special Education Teacher will perform the and which are all direct result of a students needs for a Individualized Education Program. The Special Education Teacher will work collaboratively with subject area teachers to assist students in learning appropriate curriculum and skills.

Performance will be reviewed by Administrators in cooperation with the Superintendent and in accordance with School Board policy and the SAU 70 District Professional Educator Evaluation Plan.
