This is a key leadership role focused on positioning our property as a premier destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets across all market segments (corporate group government SMERF).
Build train and lead a high-performing sales team focused on proactive outreach and conversion.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts local businesses and community partners.
Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing strategies and promotional efforts.
Represent the hotel at industry trade shows networking events and client presentations.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Minimum 35 years of hotel sales leadership experience; Marriott brand experience preferred.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in sales systems (CI/TY Delphi SalesForce etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
