Job Description
St. James House has anopening for a full time LVN or RN for our 10:30pm 6:30am shift. The full timeschedule is a rotating schedule.
St James of Baytown islooking for a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse(RN) skilled at providing nursing assessment planning and care to maximizethe comfort and health of our patients and their families. If you have a heartto serve others by caring for the patients individualized needs the way youdcare for the needs of your own family then this may be just the right job foryou. In this role you will provide direct patient care within a skillednursing facility. You will have the satisfaction of knowing youre ensuring theresident receives optimal care by assessing planning implementingreevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources. Among otherresponsibilities you will update and maintain patient records and implementorders for medications and treatments.
