AWS Boost supports Data Center Operations globally define plan execute monitor and validate technician-facing work. We increase throughput by prioritizing high value work that maximizes capacity delivery while protecting security safety and availability through software auditable controls.
Key job responsibilities
As Senior Manager of Boost Elements you will own software solutions that efficiently manage data center parts to ensure that technicians have the right parts at the right time to facilitate the accurate and timely execution of tasks. You programmatically define and enforce policies for handling allocating deploying and destroying parts. You are expected to excel when faced with ambiguity. You have high judgement and understand which opportunities drive the most strategic value for the business. You will not be limited by the present and will constantly look ahead to the future. You enjoy working in a collaborative analytical and fast-paced environment and are comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. You have excellent analytical capabilities be comfortable diving deep into data and have strong writing skills. You have a track record of understanding customer needs and delivering technology solutions to address those needs. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels of the AWS Infrastructure business.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $198100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $342300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
