Job Summary:
Provides excellent care under the direct supervision of staff physicians in the role of Staff N.P./P.A. for the patients of Dignity Health Urgent Care Clinics.
Job Standards:
Minimum:
Experience:
PA Experience in the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions and injuries common to patients of all ages (e.g. chest pain abdominal pain infections laceration repair orthopedic injuries). Experience in utilizing and interpreting common lab tests EKGs and X-ray studies.
Education:
Completion of approved Physician Assistant program.
Licensure:
Licensed PA in good standing.
Current and unrestricted DEA certificate.
Privileged or eligible for appointment to Allied Health Staff at CRMC
Board Certified or board eligible by the national certifying body recognized by the appropriate state board.
American Heart Association: BLS/ACLS/PALS certificate.
