About the role
We have a fabulous new opportunity for a proactive and engaging individual to join as a Statutory Governance Associate for Total Marketing Support (TMS) a unique and growing division of DS Smith Group a renowned packaging and display manufacturing company.
Working closely with Group Company Secretary & Finance teams the Statutory Governance Associate would be responsible for the filing of statutory changes subsidiary management and providing a wide range of company secretarial services including strategic corporate Governance support to the business. This involves proactively liaising with various stakeholders and lawyers globally.
This role is crucial to the business to ensure we are adhering to the global compliance requirements and maintaining our Co Sec database with accurate information.
The Statutory Governance Associate will work closely with the Statutory Governance Manager to advise directors and shareholders on corporate Governance matters whilst implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organisation and compliance with the legislation. Strong communication Board support and project management skills are critical whilst being able to present information in a clear and accessible manner to the audience.

Location: This is a full time hybrid role with 2 days on site (one of which is Tuesday) at our offices in Manchester.
