A propos de ce poste
Rejoignez lquipe finance de PVH en tant que Contrleur de Gestion Business en CDI! Le poste est situ au sein du sige du Hub situ Paris. Il est pouvoir ds que possible.
Vous aurez la responsabilit du suivi (P&L complet) de plusieurs canaux de distributions attenants lactivit Retail et/ou Wholesale (Grands Magasins) ainsi que de toutes les analyses financires de ces mmes canaux sur le primtre France et Belgique.
Voici les responsabilits qui vous seront confies :
- Coordonner tous les cycles budgtaires et de re-estims avec les quipes oprationnelles
- Assurer le suivi et le maintien de profitabilit du P&L (Net Sales Dilution Gross Margin..).
- Coordonner les cltures mensuelles avec la comptabilit et les quipes finance bases en France au Pays-bas et en Belgique
- Alerter et proposer des plans dactions en agissant sur toutes les lignes du P&L (du Net sales a lEBIT)
- Etre garant.e de la bonne communication et du respect des deadlines des reports du hub et du groupe ( destination du management et du sige EMEA Amsterdam)
- Rdaction des business reviews business plans et plans stratgiques du primtre
- Gestion de projets finance (Par exemple: Changement de Modle Amlioration de Business (Conditions de paiement)..)
- Identifier les besoins des quipes oprationnelles pour la mise en place danalyse ad hoc ou rcurrentes
- En charge de lanalyse et du suivi de tous les Opex et investissements CAPEX

Si vous tes passionn.e par la mode et dtermin.e transmettre des ondes positives ce poste est fait pour vous !
Vous avez idalement une exprience similaire dau moins 2-3 ans dans lunivers de la mode/retail au sein dun environnement multiculturel.
Un excellent sens du relationnel et de la communication sont essentiels
Vous maitrisez le pack office et particulirement Excel.
Les langues utilises au quotidien sont le franais et langlais loral comme matrise de lespagnol est un plus.
Savoir anticiper tre et tre force de proposition sont des comptences cls.

About your dream job
Join the PVH Finance team as a Business Controller on a permanent contract
The position is located at the Hub headquarters in Paris and is to be fulfilled as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for the control (full P&L) of several distribution channels related to Retail and/or Wholesale business (department stores) as well as all financial analyses linked to these channels across France and Belgium.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate all budget and re-estimate cycles with operational teams.
- Monitor and maintain P&L profitability (Net Sales Dilution Gross Margin etc.).
- Coordinate monthly closings with the accounting and finance teams based in France Netherlands and Belgium
- Provide alerts and propose action plans across all P&L lines (from net sales to EBIT)
- Ensure effective communication and compliance with reporting deadlines for the hub and the group (for management and the EMEA headquarters in Amsterdam)
- Draft business reviews business plans and strategic plans for the scope
- Manage financial projects (e.g. operating model changes business improvements (payment terms etc...))
- Identify the needs of the operational teams for the implementation of ad hoc or recurring analyses
- Responsible for analyzing and monitoring all OPEX and CAPEX investments
About You
If youre curious plus passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast this job is for you!
You ideally have at least 2-3 years of similar experience in the fashion/retail world in a multicultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
You have a good knowledge of the office pack especially Excel.
Languages used daily are French and English both spoken and is a plus.
Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills
