About the Team & Business Line:
The Investor Services Product Group consists of a team of people primarily coming from business operations to further enhance the service offering to our clients. The team members are specialized in the various applications that are used throughout the Citco Fund Services Division like AExeo Investor Aexeo and the client portal CitcoOne.
The Investor Services Product Group provides business services to the CFS operations globally in relation to the usage and further development of the various application in line with the product development strategy. Each of the platforms is continuously subject to further development as a result of an ongoing changing and evolving business environment.
The Investor Services Product Group has a team of specialists (Subject Matter Experts SME) who are constantly working with business operations and the development teams to develop or enhance features which can be driven by specific clients business operations or required for regulatory purposes.
Within the Investor Services Product Group there is a vacancy for a Senior Product Specialist who will be joining to primarily work on the development and Support of AXI with a Focus on the Investor Services Functionality
This is a great opportunity to be part of an evolving group in CFS.
Your Role:
- Update maintain and review test cases liaising with Business Analysts as necessary.
- Explain / train users on more complex functions in AXI
- Analyze the operational or client specific needs
- Understand the purpose of any client specific or operational needs for allocator functionality
- Turn business requests into functional development requirements
- QA testing manage UAT and roll-out of new Features
- Work with business reps to acquire business sign off for new or amended functionality
- Create documentation / provide training for new features
- Work as an integral part of the Investor Services Products Group
About You:
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize amid competing timelines and priorities.
- You have a Bachelors Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance Economics or Accounting.
- Candidacy/completion of CSC CFA CMA or other related certifications is an asset
- Affinity with markets and investments
- Excellent proficiency in English verbal and written
