What is the opportunity
The Workplace Strategy team manages Group retirement savings and pension plans for over 10000 Canadian businesses and their 300000 employees. We are a small team that oversees product management operational enhancements and business strategy and are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated student to support key roadmap initiatives to enhance client/advisor experience and improve process efficiency. Initiatives include reviewing and updating policy and procedures supporting the creation of an admin guide for Group clients and supporting the creation of enhanced client documents. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing editing and documenting internal polices and processes to ensure clarity consistency and compliance with current standards. Responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts and supporting the implementation of revised documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations client experience compliance and process improvement.
