  • Calvary Health Care South Australia is seeking passionate and dedicated Graduate Enrolled Nurses to join our Graduate Nurse Transition Program (GNTP) across our three private hospitals in South Australia.

About the Program
  • Structured transition program with rotations in either Acute (6 month program) or Peri-Operative (12 month program) at 0.8 FTE (negotiable).
  • Options to nominate preferred rotation areas
  • Flexible rostering
  • Specialty specific competency books
  • Dedicated multi day Orientation Program
  • Allocated Preceptors for each Graduate
  • Supernumerary shifts at the commencement of each rotation
  • No on call for the duration of the Graduate Year
  • Work across a range of clinical areas in supportive environments recognised as centres of excellence
Who We Are Looking For
  • Recently completed Enrolled Nurse training
  • Registered with AHPRA
  • Less than 3 months of full-time EN experience in Australia or overseas
  • Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (Acute)
  • Commitment to compassionate mission-driven care
