Position: Enrollment Manager and Community Relations Coordinator

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- 23 years of experience in an educational setting
- Proven success in parent communication and engagement
- Strong organizational communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective communication among administrators staff students and families
- Capable of managing stressful situations with calmness discretion and professionalism
- Willingness and ability to travel between campuses and attend off-site meetings/trainings
- Knowledge of GSuite Applications: Drive Docs Sheets Slides Forms etc.
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced changing environment
- Must possess and maintain valid Pennsylvania school clearances.

Job Overview: The Enrollment Manager and Community Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in driving student enrollment managing the admissions process and building strong relationships with the community. This position blends strategic communication multimedia storytelling and operational efficiency to enhance the schools visibility engagement and enrollment outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Enrollment Management (50%)
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of student enrollment and transfers including tracking inquiries applications withdrawals and transfers.
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process with timely communication school tours and information sessions.
- Collaborate with school administrators to analyze enrollment trends and forecast future needs.
- Maintain and update student enrollment records in compliance with district/state guidelines.
- Coordinate outreach efforts with feeder schools and community programs.
Community Relations & Storytelling (25%)
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school and the broader community fostering partnerships with local organizations businesses and families.
- Works with the Head of Community Relations and CEO to build family partnerships.
- Develop and share compelling narratives that showcase the schools values student achievements staff highlights and community impact.
- Organize and support school events such as open houses family engagement nights and community forums.
Multimedia & Social Media Management (25%)
- Manage all school social media accounts (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter TikTok) to promote school programs student life and events.
- Create and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent timely communication.
- Produce short-form video content graphics and other multimedia materials that highlight the school culture and attract new families.
- Collaborate with teachers and students to gather stories photos and videos for promotional use.
Professional Obligations:
- Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in developing evaluating and revising school programs.
- Prepare reports on students and activities as required by the administration.
- Attend staff meetings and have the opportunity to serve on committees.
- Adhere to Professional Standard of Conduct including confidentiality code of ethics and appropriate internet use as outlined in the Policy and Procedures manual and Staff Handbook.
- Follow all approved board of trustee policies including Financial and Purchasing and Attendance.
- Perform all additional related duties and responsibilities as designated by the Local Administration CEO or Network Team.
Terms of Employment: Twelve (12) months. Contract terms and salary to be determined by the Board of Trustees.
Evaluation: The performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of state law administrative code and the Boards policy on the evaluation for this position.
