THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Metro Partner Manager to join our Channel Sales team.
Reporting to our General Manager Channel your main responsibility will be to manage all sales drive outcomes and optimise partner performance and consistency of forecast across the Metro Partner group. You will play a critical role in leading some of our largest indirect customers and growing our partner network with new solutions focused organisations.
We are looking for candidates having extensive experience managing technology channels of all types.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Metro Channel sales strategy and execution driving revenue growth across equipment software and services by developing and managing high-performing channel partners.
Design and implement tailored sales plans and programs in partnership with internal teams ensuring channel partners meet or exceed sales targets while maximising market share.
Build strong strategic relationships with channel partners and executives representing FBAU in high-level discussions and guiding key business development initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Product Customer Support Logistics and Commercial teams to align on pricing promotional campaigns and operational improvements.
Monitor and analyse Channel sales performance providing actionable insights sales forecasts and reports to support data-driven decisions and continuous growth.
Ensure operational excellence by overseeing compliance with contractual obligations pricing structures and company policies and resolving any disputes in collaboration with legal and finance.
Champion effective communication and training delivering regular product updates sales support and market insights to enhance partner knowledge engagement and sales capability.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a channel sales environment.
Proven experience managing indirect sales via a channel eco-system.
Excellent relationship management/ problem solving and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of sales performance analysis and contract management
