About the Role
Provide secretarial assistance to intensive care senior staff with particular reference to the ICU Director ICU Deputy Director and ICU Nurse Unit Manager
Management of Kronos and Workday for JMS/SMS
Preparing and publishing of rosters for JMS with SMS assistance
Collation of leave requests preparation and publishing of SMS rosters with assistance
Communication with and coordination of JMS including orientation training administration backfilling unplanned leave processing roster requests
Assistance with administration of ICU billings submission of invoices and reimbursements
Booking of rooms/venues catering and course participants
Preparation of printed course materials
Assist with administrative support on leading up to and on day of event
Liaise with visitors to ICU patients
Liaise with visitors to ICU specialists and NUM
Liaise with Pastoral Care Interpreters and other allied staff as required
Maintenance of office supplies
Managing department mail
Organise appointments and meetings for the ICU senior staff
Other administrative support as required
Classifications for this position HS2-21 ($66678 - $73811 per annum pro rata) Excluding superannuation choice to opt into Salary Sacrifice

About Critical Care
The Department of Critical Care Medicine including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) consists of 19 bed spaces enabling tertiary level care of critically ill patients including a broad mix of medical and surgical patients numbering approximately 1600 per year. These patients are cared for by a large team including nursing workforce of over 100 EFT which includes Clinical Nurse Educators Clinical Nurse Consultants Associate Nurse Unit Managers Clinical Nurse Specialists Critical Care Registered Nurses Registered Nurses Research Nurses Data Collection Nurses and Donation Nurse Coordinator Specialists as well as Senior and Junior medical staff.
