Role Overview: Support the delivery of banking solutions by eliciting and documenting requirements translating them into clear user stories and process flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and workshops to capture functional needs for banking modules and digital channels
- Create user stories process diagrams and acceptance criteria
- Liaise with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing phases
- Assist in cutover planning UAT coordination and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 8 years in business analysis within banking or financial services
- Familiarity with core banking systems payment platforms or digital banking
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and BA tools (JIRA Confluence etc.)
- Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills
