Role Overview: Coordinate end-to-end project delivery ensuring milestones are met on time within scope and to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans resource allocations and risk registers
- Serve as liaison between BAs development QA and operations to drive timely task completion
- Monitor project performance metrics generate status reports and escalate issues proactively
- Organize client meetings manage change requests and facilitate post-deployment reviews
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years in project coordination or delivery management preferably in IT or banking
- Expertise with PM tools (MS Project JIRA) and methodologies (Waterfall Agile)
- Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
