Job Description
Mirage Marketing is a full-service digital agency focused on helping businesses grow through tailored solutions. We create custom websites produce engaging content optimise for SEO and manage ad campaigns. Our services also include influencer marketing customer acquisition strategies and building support teams allowing you to focus on your core priorities.
Were looking for a proactive curious and tech-savvy individual to help us automate and optimise content production and other internal workflows using tools like n8n ChatGPT and other AI agents.
The goal: improve efficiency scale content creation and standardise processes while maintaining high quality.
Tasks
1. Automating Content Production and Publishing
- Set up automation workflows for generating and publishing content (blog articles product descriptions newsletters etc.)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT Notion AI Midjourney etc.) to generate drafts ideas or final content
- Integrate content tools with platforms like WordPress Notion Airtable Google Drive etc.
2. Creating and Optimizing Internal Processes
- Identify repetitive tasks within the company
- Design automation scenarios using or n8n
- Document processes to make them replicable and scalable
- Train the team on new tools and workflows
3. Tech Watch & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest automation and AI tools
- Suggest regular improvements to existing workflows
- Test and implement new tools or methods to boost productivity
Requirements
- Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
- Experience with automation tools ( Zapier n8n etc.)
- Strong interest in generative AI (ChatGPT Claude etc.)
- Good understanding of the web and content creation tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Bonus: basic knowledge of HTML / WordPress / SEO / REST APIs
