Job Description
Quaker Houghton is a global leader present in peoples lives by providing solutions to the main industries in todays economy such as automotive aerospace aluminum & steel. This role is based at the GKN facility in Filton.
This role is to support the day-to-day maintenance activities working in a live manufacturing environment and within a dedicated team to deliver a first-class service to an agreed contracted scope of work.
Daily TPM activity schedules include visual assessments of all mechanical equipment such as the inspection of hydraulic systems and conveyors etc. The role is very much specific to the GKN facility. Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Tasks
- Supporting the site manager to deliver contracted scope of work activities to an agreed TPM schedule.
- Adhering to EHS policies and Job Task Risk Assessments.
- Able to follow scheduled plans and prioritize accordingly.
- A good all round team player is essential.
- Attention to detail is critical for this role as is good situational awareness for Health & Safety is required at all times
Requirements
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
- Good Communication Skills
