Our client an elite US law firm is looking to expand its Financial Restructuring team with the addition of a talented Associate. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing close-knit team at the forefront of complex cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated and high-value mandates in the market working alongside leading practitioners in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The role:
Advising on a broad range of financial restructuring and insolvency matters often with a cross-border element
Supporting on complex finance transactions involving private capital special situations and distressed investing
Collaborating closely with senior lawyers and clients to deliver strategic commercial advice on high-stakes matters
The successful individual is likely to have:
2-4 years post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency gained at US or international law firm
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
Excellent technical skills with a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset
Experience or interest in private credit special situations or complex finance structures is highly desirable
A proactive collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment
