Job Description

They need someone who will be there for them side by side and end to end. Within the group Nobel Biocare is an implantology business currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. The role is based in Prague and relocation support will be provided for the successful applicant.
In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.
Tasks
What is your role going to look like
- Together with 7 team members you will be supporting the market for Benelux
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams
- Big part of your day will be order management receiving monitoring and processing customer orders in SAP.
- You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients
- You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM)
Requirements
What will you bring
- C2 in Dutch and fluent in English
- Customer centric approach
- Good communication skills (efficient friendly and positive)
- Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement
- Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools
- Organizational skills and attention to details
