Roles & Responsibilities
Monitoring and Executing the production BOTs
Verifying the deployment documents in JIRA and Deploying the code into production.
Saving the source into shared folder path and uploading on GitHub portal for backup
Level-1 SR (S1-Critical S2-High S3-Medium S4-Low) closures and moving to L2 team if required
Prodcution Process de-commissioning from Orchestrator / Control Room
Enable / Disable the triggers & Updating Trigger times
Session/Orchestrator logs sharing to the developer
UiPath/Blueprism/Java Extension issues (Chrome/Edge) on VDI
VDI-User mappings as per the LAM
Process(Config file path) movement from Sharedrive to H drive & Vice-versa
Maintain the all master data files
VDI infra related issue
Daily Health Checks.(on Applications DB servers)
Monitoring alerts generated through tools and taking appropriate actions by coordinating with respective teams.
Scheduling Planned activities by ensuring follow up on UAT signoff production downtime confirmation.
ARSIM Gaps Closure Vulnerability closure.
Compliance activities like OS patching server maintenance.
Port opening/firewall related process
DR Drill executions SQL Always on Setup Application High Availability setup.
Working on new server inductions and de-induction
SSL Certificate renewal and tracking.
UAT issues.
Backup policies maintenance & review
Upgrading the OS DB versions
