Job Description
Production & Assembly of Control Panels
- Supervise the assembly wiring and installation of electrical control panels and automation systems.
- Ensure proper layout and integration of PLC SCADA VFDs HMIs relays circuit breakers and other electrical components.
- Develop electrical schematics and review designs to ensure manufacturability.
2. Process Optimization & Efficiency
- Improve production workflows minimize waste and enhance efficiency using lean manufacturing techniques.
- Implement automation solutions to streamline panel manufacturing.
- Maintain production schedules and meet delivery timelines.
3. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure control panels comply with IEC UL NEC and other relevant standards.
- Conduct testing validation and troubleshooting of electrical panels before dispatch.
- Identify and resolve faults in wiring electrical connections and hardware integration.
4. Coordination & Teamwork
- Work closely with design engineers procurement teams and project managers to ensure seamless production.
- Train and supervise assembly technicians in best practices for wiring safety and testing.
- Liaise with clients and vendors for component selection and procurement.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical documentation wiring diagrams and production reports.
- Ensure all safety procedures and quality control measures are documented and followed.
