Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Founders Office to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives business operations and special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in scaling a high-growth business while working directly with the founders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic : Assist in driving high-impact projects across business functions ensuring timely and alignment with company goals.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research analyze industry trends and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes improve workflows and drive efficiency in business operations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with different teams (Product Sales HR Finance) to execute initiatives and track key performance metrics.
- Problem Solving: Identify challenges propose solutions and implement improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate from top-tier institutions.
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting business strategy or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
