Industry: Brass Manufacturing (New Unit Construction Supervision)
About the Company:
A reputed Brass Manufacturing Company in Jamnagar engaged in the production of high-quality brass components. The company is currently setting up a new manufacturing unit and requires dedicated supervision for its construction project.
About the Role:
The company has outsourced the construction work to a contractor. As a Civil Engineer you will be directly responsible for supervising the entire site activities monitoring contractor work ensuring quality standards and reporting project progress to management.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.

Ensure work execution as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors architects and vendors for smooth project execution.

Monitor work schedules and ensure timely completion of each project milestone.

Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control for all civil work.

Review and verify bills submitted by contractors.

Maintain daily site records labor reports and project progress updates.
-
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.

Identify potential issues and resolve them in coordination with contractors and management.

Prepare project progress reports and submit to company management.
Basic Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / BE / in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years in industrial / factory construction supervision preferred.

Sound knowledge of industrial construction practices and safety protocols.

Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and plans.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic project reporting.
Requirements:

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jamnagar Gujarat.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks at the site and work under deadlines.

Familiarity with material quality standards and vendor management.

Should be capable of handling construction records and documentation independently.

20000 to 25000
